CNC systems are slightly cost is higher than the PLC systems. CNC programming is easy compare to PLC programming.

Past seven years we are design & manufacturing of Piller Type Servo operated Presses for Pressing operations like Bearing, Oil Seal & Bushes.

Servo presses are environment friendly to operate in AC room also. Better power consumption compared to hydraulic operated presses.

Setting change over from one to another component is easy, no need physical effort. Operator only changes the setting in HMI.

Load cells also attached with Servo presses & communicated with HMI, this will use to detect the low / high load during pressing operation.

POKA YOKE, Operator Safety arrangements and SMED arrangement also provided.
